A message from our President

Hello, RIT Young Professionals,
I am proud to share the newly-approved bylaws for our organization. The bylaws clarify the organization’s purpose, while providing guidelines for meetings, communications, and elections. The document articulates expectations for members serving on the executive board, governing board and committees, and formalize our relationship with the Office for Diversity and Inclusion.
The final document (downloadable) is the result of several months of effort on behalf of the ad-hoc governance committee (Katie Beczak, Liz Bremer, and Nilay Sapio) and the governing board. I thank everyone for their contributions to this important process.
